Intake Coordinator

20-30 Hours Week; Remote Position. The Intake Coordinator will work closely with the Tennessee Early Intervention System Service Coordinators and our team of Early Interventionists. They will be responsible for managing the caseloads of our Early Intervention team, completing Intake paperwork, maintaining charts and documentation, and working closely with our Patient Coordinator and Early Intervention Supervisor. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Experience with Microsoft Suite (especially Word & Excel) Experience working with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Personal Qualities: Resourceful, empathic, compassionate; Takes Initiative; Problem Solving skills; Ability to work both independently and within a team; Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously; Excellent interpersonal skills; and Exemplary and dedicated work ethic and professional at all times.

Early Interventionist

Full-Time Hours Available. The Early Interventionist (EI) provides developmental therapy services to children (ages birth to 5 years of age) and families throughout Shelby County. Goals will be targeted during every day routines utilizing the Family Guided Routines Based Intervention (FGRBI) Approach. Services are provided in the child's home or childcare setting.  Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Studies (child development), Early Intervention, Deaf Education, Visual Disabilities, Special Education K-12, Elementary Education, Communication Disorders and Speech Language Pathology along with experience with young children and/or individuals with disabilities.  OR - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Education Administration or Sociology along with a minimum of 3 years of experience with children with disabilities (0-5 years old) and their families.

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist 

Full-Time or Part-Time Hours Available. The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide evaluation and treatment of speech, language and feeding disorders for children from birth to 6 years of age. The SLP will also be responsible for appropriate documentation and communication with family members, team members, service coordinators and our office and billing team. Individual therapy sessions are provided in the child's home, school or community setting. The SLP with the Pediatric Learning Center, Inc. will also work with the Executive Director to develop programs and collaborate with other community organizations.  Requirements: A minimum of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; TN State License; and ASHA Certification. Two or more years of experience is preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess a valid TN, AR or MS driver's license, insurance and professional liability insurance.  

Pediatric Physical Therapist 

Full-Time or Part-Time Hours Available The Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) will provide evaluation and treatment of gross motor, balance, coordination and developmental delays for children from birth to 6 years of age. The PT will also be responsible for appropriate documentation and communication with family members, team members, service coordinators and our office and billing team. Therapy sessions are provided in the child's home, school or community setting. The PT with the Pediatric Learning Center, Inc. will also work with the Executive Director to develop programs and collaborate with other community organizations.  Requirements: A degree in Physical Therapy; and TN State License. Two or more years of experience is preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess a valid TN, AR or MS driver's license, insurance and professional liability insurance.
